Green Exercise Promise

This is a term that I came across after hearing Golf referred to as "Green Therapy". If your game is as hot and cold as mine, I can't always say it's therapeutic but I definitely get what they are saying. 

Activity in nature is scientifically proven to be therapeutic and provide great mental health benefits. So, with that being the case,we are going to launch the "Green Exercise Promise". This is nothing more than making a promise to improve your physical and mental health by committing 20+ minutes a day to outside exercise. 

This can be golf, pickleball, a walk with the family after dinner, any exercise outside. We aren't calling this a challenge, because it isn't and if you participate, you are a winner!

If you promise yourself that you can commit to doing a minimum of 20 minutes per day of Green Exercise, I can almost guarantee you will see some awesome overall results. 

Just like some of you told us about here.

So, all you have to do is get outside and when you come in the gym put a tally mark by your name. See how many days you can get in this month.
