KPF Welcomes Carolina One Volleyball Club

In 2007, Carolina One Founder Kim Christman starting training volleyball athletes. She wanted to provide top notch performance training for any athlete that came to join her. With that vision in mind, she turned to two guys she had gone through Furman University with.

Those two guys were KPF Owners, PJ Gray and Ryan McKie.

While time and circumstance took them apart, here we are in 2021 where their paths cross again. This time with Knight Performance Factory becoming the official training partner of Carolina One Volleyball.

“We are so excited to partner with KP Factory to train our C1 athletes. Ryan and PJ were a great resource and encouragement in the early days of our club, and we're thrilled to resume our partnership with them now that both of our organizations have grown so much. Ryan and PJ are the best at what they do, and we know their training will provide C1 athletes with the edge they need to succeed on their school teams and at the next level. Both organizations have grown since they started, most notably with C1 recently completing the building of their own facility. Located in the heart of Mauldin, SC the facility houses three regulation volleyball courts solely for C1 coaches and players.”, says Kim Christman, C1 founder.

Carolina One Select and Elite teams train at KPF three days a week where they offer 5 sessions of agility, power and strength training.

“KPF is excited to work with C1 again. It’s like we are picking up right were we left off” says KPF Co-owner Ryan McKie.
