Summertime Fine is a 6 week strength and interval based program! This will help you to gain strength, build muscle and increase your conditioning!

FAQs

  • 4! Ideally you will do these workouts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. BUT if you need to switch it up that is fine! Just do the workouts in order.

  • 35-45 minutes depending on the day and type of workout. The strength days will take about 40-45 based on pace and rest time.

    The interval days will take about 35-40 minutes!

  • Anyone can complete this program! If you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced you will be able to perform all of the exercise or modify them to make them better for yourself.

Coach Stephanie 


Stephanie McKie graduated from Furman with a Health Science degree and is our Director of Programming as well as the Head Coach of our Adult Performance Program.

She is a local product of Simpsonville, SC where she grew up playing soccer and softball from the age of 6. Soccer became her dominant sport as she played throughout high school and college. She became the All-time scorer her senior year at Hillcrest High School where she graduated on the Honor Roll.

As a Student - Athlete, Stephanie continued her soccer career at Furman University where she was a part of two NCAA Southern Conference Championship titles. She also garnered Southern Conference Player of the Year her Freshman and Junior seasons and was a two-time SoCon tournament MVP her Sophomore and Senior seasons. She now holds the All-time career goal record for Furman University and the Southern Conference. 

She was inducted into the Furman University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2022.
